We will discuss with you your requirements with regard to intellectual property and seek the best protection most suited to your situation.

We can commence with a prior art search :

• in order best to place your invention in the context of the available prior art
• to ensure that the sign that you wish to file as a trade mark is available.

We will draft your patent application, specify with you the list of products or services that are to be covered by your trade mark, or will determine the representations of the design necessary for filing it.  We will file the application and monitor the case until the title is granted. 

We can represent you :

• before the INPI for French applications,
• before the EPO for European patent applications,
• before the EUIPO for European Union trade marks and Community designs,
• before WIPO for international trade marks and designs and international patent applications.

For foreign national applications we work in close cooperation with many foreign colleagues.

We can set up a technological watch so that you can be informed as filings are made in your field of activity.

We can institute oppositions against European patents or applications to register French or European Union trade marks that undermine your rights.

Before and after grant, we monitor deadlines for the payment of annual fees or renewal fees and we pay these fees with your agreement.

If necessary, we assist you in legal proceedings in order to defend your intellectual property rights or prevent infringements.  We also assess the possible risks that the patents, trade marks and designs of your competitors may represent for you.
